Rising damp, penetrating damp and condensation, diagnosed with a proper moisture survey before anything is sold. Damp proof courses, tanking, floor treatments and the plastering afterwards, by qualified damp-proofing operatives.
Damp proofing
Burst pipes, storm water and flooding. We pump out, strip out what can’t be saved, dry the building properly and put it back together. Where required, we can provide photographs, reports and quotations to support an insurance claim.
Flood restoration
Cracked walls, failed lintels, bowing brickwork and new openings. Crack stitching, lintel replacement, steel beams and the making good, on houses and commercial buildings.
Structural repairs and alterations
Turn an unused garage into a room the house actually needs — office, bedroom, utility or annexe. Insulation, floor, windows, electrics and plastering, one contractor start to finish.
Garage conversions

We’re based at Ewloe Green in Flintshire, between Chester and Wrexham. Day to day we cover Chester, Flintshire, the Wirral, Wrexham, Ellesmere Port and North Wales. For the bigger jobs — flood restoration, structural repairs and alterations, lintels — we also travel into mid-Cheshire: Northwich, Winsford, Tarporley and Knutsford. Flood, fire and water damage work also takes us to Widnes, Runcorn and Warrington.

Because they cut out a visit. A picture of the damp patch, the crack or the leak tells us whether it’s something we can price from the photo, something that needs a survey, or something we don’t do. You get an answer faster and we don’t waste your afternoon.
We no longer offer standalone kitchen or bathroom renovations, but we do still carry out structural alterations to kitchens, such as removing a wall and fitting a steel beam to open up the space. If a kitchen or bathroom forms part of a wider project we’re carrying out, such as a garage conversion, flood or water-damage reinstatement or damp-related works, we may include it within the overall project. We’ll confirm this at the time of quoting. Our main focus is damp and water damage, flood restoration, structural repairs and alterations, emergency call-outs and garage conversions.
Where required, we can provide photographs, reports and quotations to support an insurance claim. The claim itself is between you and your insurer.
We have £5 million public liability insurance in place, together with employers’ liability insurance, and we offer a workmanship guarantee on completed works, set out on your quotation.
Chester, Flintshire, Wirral, Wrexham and North Wales as standard. For flood restoration, structural work and lintels we go further — mid-Cheshire and, for flood and water damage, as far as Widnes, Runcorn and Warrington. If you’re not sure, send your postcode.
